Here are our most frequently asked questions, and the answers to them.

1. How does the whole Rental process work?
A. Our process is broken down into a simple easy to read guide under our "How it works" tab. Please refer to that.
2. Is this item available for this weekend?
A. You can check availability yourself on our website by clicking on the date of rental on the product calendar. It will either say "unavailable" or "Add to cart" if available.
You can also filter by availability on our website, by using the filters on the top or side after you click "Rent All".
3. What date do I select when booking my garment?
A. Please book for the date you are wearing the dress, as the return date is based off this. It will be set to early if you select it earlier than the day you are wearing it. For example, if you are wearing it on Saturday, however select for the Thursday, the return date will be set for Friday.
4. Are your prices inclusive of Dry cleaning?
A. Our prices do not include dry cleaning, we hand wash most of our garments. If the mark is extensive we take it to dry cleaning, this expense is then passed onto the customer. In saying this, 80% of the time, we are able to get any marks out ourselves. We have chosen to hand wash our garments as it prolongs the durability and maintains moisture and colour within the fabric, as well as ensures the cleaning is up to our standards.
Please do not attempt to clean our garments yourselves, we have had garments ruined due to improper cleaning techniques. Our staff have been trained extensively to handle the cleaning of these garments.
5. What day does my rental come?
A. We aim for our rentals to arrive to our customers at least one working day prior. Usually more, majority of of our rentals arrive to our customers 2 - 3 working days prior. This depends on whether the garment you rented is rented the weekend prior to your rental date.
6. What shipping method do you use?
A. We always ship via overnight courier with NZ Post/Courier post. Most of the time we ship with Signature delivery, which means someone will have to sign for it. However on last minute rentals, we ship with non-signature courier.
7. Is it too late to book for a rental this weekend?
A. Technically you can book as late as Friday morning, the cut off for the current weekend rental is Friday morning, before 11.30am. If you are leaving it very last minute, please select the Saturday delivery option, and refer to our refund policy in terms of our last minute order (you can find this here). We recommend booking by Wednesday night/Thursday morning to avoid disappointment!
8. Is your pricing for one day?
A. Our pricing is for one day, however our customers tend to have our garments between 1 - 4 working days. If you are wanting to book across two weeks, you are required to book for that garment twice across the two weeks. This will be twice the rental price listed.
9. Do you have multiple sizes of each garment?
A. Sadly no, we only have one garment per product. If it is listed once, we only have one of them. If it is listed more than once, then we have multiple. Please refer to the "Recommended size" and "Actual size on tag" on the product description.
10. Can we take our garments overseas?
A. Sadly no, we do not allow this at this current time. This voids our insurance policy
11. What if my garment doesn't fit me or doesn't fit me right?
A. If the garment doesn't fit, or quite right, we do not offer refunds. We offer postal try ons, or in house try ons to avoid this issue.
If there is enough time, we do offer exchanges, the post fee must be paid for again, and any difference in rental price.

12. What are the differences between your shipping options?
A. Pick up from Mount Albert - you pick it up from our HQ, and we provide you with an easy to return prepaid return bag
Standard Overnight Courier - we ship overnight courier to you, and there is also a prepaid overnight courier bag inside
Rural Courier - this option is for people living rurally. Without this extra tag, it may take longer to get to you if you live rurally. If you are rural select this option
Saturday Delivery - this option is there for people who order Thursday night/Friday morning for the current Saturday. Without this extra tag, the parcel will not get delivered on Saturday. Please select this option if you are getting a last minute rental. We also recommend having a read of our refund policy in regards to a last minute rental.
13. Will my parcel definitely arrive to me the next day?
A. We always ship via overnight courier. So in theory it should arrive to you on the next day. However, CourierPost/NZ Post does not give us a definite 100% guarantee, and only a "guideline" so we also cannot give you this guarantee.
We do our shipping via a third party company, so even if we ship it off as soon as the order comes through, there is always a chance it may experience some postal delays, which are out of our control.
We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking (this will be sent to you via email when we send your rental off), and get in contact with us ASAP if you are experiencing postal delays so we can do something about it.
In saying this, most of our garments do arrive overnight.
14. How do I book a try on?
A. Are you based in Auckland?
If yes, please refer to our try them on tab on our website in regards to how our try on process works.
Not based in Auckland?
We offer postal try ons which will become available on our website for any garments that are not booked for the current weekend for $30 plus post per garment. You are required to book for the current Saturday only. Any future postal try ons, or try on bookings that aren't booked on Thursday or Friday will be cancelled and refunded.
