I always pay for the damage waiver; the dresses I've rented are pieces that I could never afford to purchase outright, so for a few extra bucks, I'm not having to fork out for the entire piece if it was damaged."

"For only a few dollars just to have peace of mind is well worth it! You never think you need it until you actually need it. I rented a dress and managed to get caught in torrential rain in an outdoor wedding. The dress of course got a little muddy on the way out of the venue. Not too mention I had 3 drinks spill on me throughout the night. Of course I didn't plan on any of this happening but so glad I had the damage waiver! Dry cleaning would have been more expensive!"

Click on your preferred rental date (the date you want to wear the dress) and it will say 'add to cart' if it's available. If it's already taken on that date it will say 'unavailable'. |
Complete our simple checkout process, we need all your details including your full address. Select your preferred shipping option or pickup. We accept VISA and Mastercard payments. |
Your garment will arrive to you at least one working day before you need to wear it (usually more) unless there are unforeseen reasons, but we'll keep you in the loop! |

Simply return it in the prepaid bag it arrived with and hand it over to a cashier at NZ Post on the next working day after your rental date. Don't be late as fees do apply. |
Subscriptions and Bulk Rental Packages:We have introduced two systems, where renting just got that much MORE affordable. The Subscription is a programme that you pay a certain rate, depending on what tier you want, each month. Each tier has different perks, and comes with varying amounts of free rentals. The price for each stage can be found under the "Subscription" tab. The discount codes that are issued are non-transferrable and refer to further rentals after the free rentals have been used. Free exchanges - normally a customer must pay the difference of the two garments plus another shipping rate of $10, but with the loyalty system you will not have to! The "Coming Soon" tab will showcase the garments that we have bought, and are waiting on. So it will give you exclusive access to these and you will be able to get first dibs! We will also send you out garments for free to try on if you are uncertain of the sizing of a certain garment! Minimum Sign up for this is 3 months. No refunds and the perks will no longer be available when you cancel. Once you have proceeded to checkout, please email us on ohrentme@ohrentme.co.nz to begin your free rentals for that month. (Garments will be subject to availability). The Bulk Rental Package is a one-off payment. Each package comes with a certain amount of rentals, for one set price that must be used in the specified time frame. So you could get a rental for as cheap as $35!! Once you have proceeded to checkout, please email us on ohrentme@ohrentme.co.nz to begin your free rentals for that month. (Garments will be subject to availability).

Stress-free Renting
With a $10 Damage Waiver fee, you now can relax and enjoy wearing your rented garment.
Here is what is included in the Damage Waiver and what is not.
The Damage Waiver includes:
- Any damage to the garment - including a complete write-off.
- Any stains to the garment - including those dry cleaning cannot get out.
- So pretty much every damage or any stain!!!
The Damage Waiver does not include:
- Theft of the garment
- Misplacing and/or losing a garment/part of a garment (e.g., if it comes with a tie, straps, extra pieces that make up the garment, but are not limited to these)
- Refusing to send back the garments
- Parcels getting stolen from people's property due to it being released from Signature delivery by the customer
- Sending back the garment incorrectly to us e.g., sending it back via a Post drop box such as Street post boxes, or the post boxes outside the post shop (but are not limited to just these options). All parcels MUST be sent back to us through NZ post and handed over to an NZ POST cashier
- Selfie Booth and or any parts to the Selfie Booth
The garment MUST come back to us after it is rented, even if you accidentally damage it! After it is damaged, it will still be the property of Oh Rent Me.

Renting the dresses is a simple process, all you have to do is decide what one of our fabulous items you want, book it and it will arrive at your door ready for you to wear. After you have used the item don’t bother washing it, simply put the item in the pre-paid post bag (that will be included in your purchase and arrive with the item) and send it off at your nearest New Zealand post shop.
